Summary[]
Veronique[]
Veronique is in Kansas City with her mother, Cassandra, who suggested taking a holiday together in Barbados and suggested St. Lucia as an alternative, whereas she asked if Vee remembered that 'Sketchy Little Place'. They both laughed about it and Cassandra suggested heading back to carrying on the family tradition, suggesting it to be a reminder that her unborn grandchild learn it's options are limited. Vee then pointed out that Franklin's not planning a family getaway at that moment. Cassandra then asked her daughter if there was a contingency in case their first plan fails. As Vee, assures her mother the plan would work, Cassandra interrupts her, reminding her they must always prepare for the worst. She then further reminds her daughter that Franklin is facing off with the CIA, and even should he get his money back, it won't satisfy him, especially with his ambitions. Vee then asked if she needed to grade the men Cassandra was with and Cassandra suggested that she would be considered an expert on 'Fucked-up' men as she stated she came across men like Franklin. She then compared such men to jigsaw puzzles from garage sales, claiming there are always missing pieces. She then tells Vee how men like Franklin continue to take and take until their lives are hole without knowing the consequences. Vee demands her mother to stop talking, but as Cassandra attempts to get her point across, Vee then points out the car window revealing Robert McDonald who is being escorted by an orderly on the grounds of Glenway Meadows. As they are watching, the orderly asked if he needed any help, and the Colonel tells the orderly to 'Fuck off' as they continue.
Franklin[]
Franklin is at the Pool Hall calling Vee, who is at a payphone informing him they found Teddy's father, but would need to move quickly. She then asked how fast Franklin would arrive to Kansas City and Franklin requested a day's time. He thanks her and hangs up. Kane, who is over there, asked if there was any good news to hear. Franklin stated there was none and Kane pointed out the house that Todd and the others shot up belonged to his woman who could have been inside with her child. He then makes it clear he is getting impatient. Franklin then tells Kane he has other matters that need his attention and would contact him should he learn anything. Kane then makes it clear the only thing that has his attention are Jerome and Louie and tells Franklin he ain't going nowhere until they figure out how to end this war they're in. Franklin then stated that if he knew another plan, he'd share it, and Kane suggested Franklin may know of a place aside from Louie's that they frequent, demanding him to think of something. Franklin then hears the television kick on and sees a dressage rider on a horse, giving Franklin an idea. Kane then asked what Franklin was thinking.
Jerome[]
Over at Jerome and Louie's home, Buckley arrives and compliments their new pad. Louie then asked what news he brought and Buckley told them he received word from an old CI that Kane managed to escape while their hitters were killed in the process. That did not sit well with Louie as she demanded to know how he slipped by them. As Beau pours himself a glass of whiskey, he tells them that Franklin was there and helped Kane escape. Jerome then asked if Franklin actually shot his way out, and Beau stated it happened, complimenting the Saints bloodline as he took a shot of the whiskey. Louie then asked for confirmation and Buckley assures it was the word he received as he made a promise to find out where else Kane is taking cover at. Louie then ordered Beau to contact them every 2 hours in which he agreed to and finished his glass of whiskey. Jerome, noticing Beau's behavior, took a seat next to him, ordered him to look at him and asked if he was using again. Beau denies it while making a smart-ass response, asking if Jerome was using. Jerome then warned Beau if he was using there would be no coming back from it. Beau left their home and Louie fixated on the fact that they had Kane in their grasp while in disbelief that they failed once again.

Renny tells Leon that Deon has a woman in Lynwood which he may have gone to while Einstein states that Deon cleared out the product and cash. Renny then states that Deon will return. Leon states nothing will happen for that night. Renny states it needs to happen soon and won't back Leon unless he has a plan. Wanda then snaps at Renny pointing out Leon's condition. The guys are speechless and Wanda asked them if the situation could wait or not. Leon then asked her if the Projects was better off before or after he left. Renny makes it clear that he respected Leon for what he did while ripping on him for being hypocritical, stating how he was dropping bodies while speaking of peace and how he ran things only to walk away. He then insulted Wanda, referring to her as a crackhead, and scorned Leon for marrying her. Both Leon and Wanda got off the couch, offended, and Leon warned Renny to shut his mouth. Renny then made it known that was the word in the hood and meant no disrespect. Renny then apologized to Wanda, who in turn, gave Renny the finger. There was a moment of silence and Wanda stated there was no point in stopping. Leon then got back onto his feet and exited his home with the guys following behind. There are people outside and Leon then hollered out who else wanted a piece of him. He waived his gun around, making it clear he knew there were some people scheming a potential mutiny and offers them a chance for the crown. He looks at one guy, and calls him out to see the reaction. He then yells out once more that if there were any takers, they could try him, but made it clear that Deon, referring to him as 'Little Deon', is gone. He then told the people in the Projects that if they want work, they go to him. He then yells out that they'll start working on the next day and plan to make money the right way while ripping on them for being pussies. Leon then returns to his crib and Wanda feared what would happened next.

Teddy[]
Upon Rubén leaving his place, Havemeyer gave Teddy the greenlight to infiltrate the spy's home. As Teddy entered the safehouse, he removed his shoes and informed Stephen he was in the apartment. Teddy began searching everywhere from the living room to the bathroom, searching every nook and cranny he could find. He even opened the bedroom closet and cracked the door, not realizing Rubén had the door cracked at 2 finger lengths. About the give up, Teddy soon spotted a hidden compartment on the shelf in the living room. He then grabbed a chair and used his knofe to open the compartment. Instead of finding any secrets documents, the only thing Teddy found hidden in the compartment was Rubén's gay porn stash.
Jerome[]

Cassandra[]
Later that night, Cassandra and Robert are still at farmhouse as Robert talked about his military days and his uncle being an Army Ranger, in which men feared him. Robert then came to Cassandra's defense and took the fall for the escape, lying about how the running was his idea. Veronique, playing the good daughter, just stated how they're glad to see them OK and sent Franklin to make a call to 'the home'. As Franklin headed towards the kitchen, Robert then compared Franklin to Teddy in a way.
Rubén[]
Rubén is back in his safehouse later that night. He flipped the light on in the kitchen as he was eating his apple. He grabbed a glass from the counter and opened the refrigerator to collect some ice for the glass. He then went to the sink to fill his glass with water. Sometime afterward, he entered his bedroom and placed the apple on the nightstand and as he was unbuttoning his shirt, he noticed the closet door was still open. He did the finger length test to discover that it was more than 2 to 3 finger lengths, meaning his safehouse may have been compromised.
Teddy[]
Teddy and Havemeyer are back at the warehouse discussing their KGB spy, discovering he was a homosexual, which was a dangerous secret. Teddy then pointed out the spy was a dangerous man with a secret and must have another place to work out of and requested a 24 hour surveillance on Rubén. Oso then appears and Teddy give Gustavo the details on the spy. When Teddy asked Gustavo if he heard from him, Oso said he heard nothing. Teddy then gets a page and upon reading it, he stated it was out of Kansas City. Havemeyer then asked if Teddy had father in Kansas City and Teddy decided to answer the page. As he dialed the number, Franklin picked up, seeing how the area code got Teddy's attention. Teddy soon realized it was Franklin and tried to play the friendly guy to see what he was up to. Franklin told him he took the trip to Kansas City and made a statement about treating his father to some dinner, but pointed out the stolen money in the process. Teddy then asked if Franklin really had his father. Franklin then stated he did and suggested that Teddy should call Glenway Meadows to find out if his father was there, and the fact that he left with a black woman. Upon learning that, Teddy was feeling uneased, but playing dumb as last time, he accused Franklin of holding his father for ransom. As Stephen and Oso listened on the conversation, Teddy stated that Franklin should have done his homework, how he cold care less about his father and the fact that Franklin should think twice before murdering the father of a CIA agent. Teddy then requested to speak to his father to get Franklin out of the mess, instead, Franklin tells Teddy his bank accounts remained the same when he robbed him. Franklin then demanded Teddy to get a hold of William and tell him to transfer every penny back and he'll let his father go. Teddy soon realized that Franklin wasn't as dumb as he thought, as he urged him to reconsider his next move. Franklin then gave Teddy one final warning to return his money immediately. Teddy then told Franklin that it didn't work that way, and as he was making more excuses, Franklin, now impatient, told Teddy he made the wrong choice as he grabbed a knife from the kitchen countertop and walked toward the living with a knife and phone in hand. As Robert was living it up with the ladies, Franklin walked in and jammed the knife in the Colonel's throat and pulled. Cassandra and Veronique panicked as Robert got up and blood was splattering everywhere, then he collapsed on the ground. Teddy, hearing the commotion on the ground, demanded to know what Franklin just did to him. As Mac is dying on the floor, Franklin then asked Teddy if he still wanted to speak with his father. Franklin then lowered the phone to the dying Colonel and as Robert was gasping for air, Teddy was in shock as he asked his father if he could hear him. Robert already succumbed to the knife wound as Franklin got back on the phone. Cassandra was stunned to witness the kill as her Veronique, broke in tears while Franklin, who was fondling with the murder, made it clear that if Teddy didn't return his money, he would go after Julia and Paul and anyone he cared about. He then made it clear he would make them bleed out the way he did his father and slammed the phone down and threw it on the coffee table. Teddy, feeling completely blindsided, informed Stephen and Oso that Franklin may have killed his father. Oso then retrieved the phone from a now distraught Teddy.
Franklin[]
Back in Tonganoxie, Franklin ordered the ladies out of the house and they did just that. Franklin then got off the recliner and picked up a bottle of whiskey, pouring it all over Mac and on the floor. He then tossed the bottle into the fireplace, causing the fire to roar up in flames. He then casually exited the house as the farmhouse ignited in flames and approached his rental vehicle while Veronique and Cassandra started theirs. They took off as Franklin entered the driver seat and as he drove down the driveway, the house began to engulf in flames. Smoke filled the air from the embers as Franklin rode off.
