Los Monarcas is a Latin Street gang in the Barrio. Their leader is Stomper. The crew answers to hierarchy's of the Mexican Mafia and are connected to La Fuerza, the hierarchy's with expansive influence beyond LA and south into Mexico. Since Stomper's death, their is no clear leadership in the Monarchs.
