[]

Season 1

At the start of the series, while Jerome was running reefer, she was always lounging in the house high on sherms. When Franklin brought a new business venture to Jerome in going in the cocaine game, Jerome outright refused but Louie helped out Franklin by introducing her to Claudia, whom he started selling birds to. As soon as Franklin brought the idea of crack from Oakland to LA, she and Jerome have agreed to the game, knowing the new drug became popular in their community and it was affordable. Since they started, Louie was operating in the cook house while the guys were slinging the rock.

Season 2
[]

Louanne was known to be the glue that held the Family together, especially when Jerome and Leon made a foolish decision to help Kevin roll on Pico-Union to retaliate for what happened to Vic and Delroy. She even began to get frustrated after the lengthy hours of cooking the rock and broke things off with Jerome, in which she ran back to Claudia. That deal was dead in the water after an altercation in which Louie severely injured Claudia, almost killing her. She later made amends with Jerome. When Franklin was arrested for killing Kevin Hamilton, she was the one who reached out to his CIA connect, Reed Thompson, to get him free of any charges.

Season 3
[]

Jerome was able to open up his new store, Jammin' Jerome's, but upon learning that Claudia vandalized the store, Louie visited her at her home, and while Claudia was getting high and bathing in water, Louie drowned her in the tub. She was later taken in as a suspect by Sgt. Wright and put through hell being stuck in an interrogation room. It didn't there as the LAPD led a ruthless crackdown in which her home was raided and she was forced to watch as Jerome received the blunt of the raid. Seeking revenge against Andre, Louie recruited her sister, Sheila, in a con job to discredit Andre, in which his gun and badge was stolen.

Season 4
[]

As the new year was beginning, Louie opened up her new establishment, a nightclub called Louie's. She even hired on Franklin's ex-girlfriend, Tanosse as a hostess. While she and Jerome were in Little Rock getting Johnny and Candy on board in the crack game, Fatback was murdered by Khadijah Brown and his body was dumped outside her club. There was a drive by at Fatback's funeral that put her in the hospital, but she pulled through and suggested to Franklin that he should hire on Black Diamond and Dallas, the 2 girls who aided Khadijah in the drive-by. After Khadijah was killed, Skully sought revenge for her death and broke into Louie's hospital room, especially after he was severely wounded in a shootout with Alton, but she and Jerome were able to make peace with him. After Louie was released, she and Jerome agreed to part ways from the Family.

Season 5
[]

A year after breaking away from the Family, their business began hitting a snag with issues involving the prices and the promises that could not be kept. One of those reasons involved their new connect, Grady Williamson, disappearing, and Teddy reemerging. She became sick of working under Franklin and wanted to be her own boss, so she reached out to Teddy to deal only from him, which did not satisfy Franklin, knowing a majority of his customer base went through her. There was also a coordinated hit on the Family set by Kane Hamilton, courtesy of a betrayal by Peaches. While Franklin was looking to make peace with Kane, Louie was one to never forgive or forget as she hired C.R.A.S.H. detective, Beau Buckley, who was on the take, in whacking Kane. She later on married Jerome, while Beau was carrying out the hit, in which failed. After Franklin cut ties with Teddy, he reached out to Louie after he was robbed to the bone, Louie however refused to help Franklin, knowing she could potentially lose her position at the top and severed all ties with him. As payback for the refusal, Franklin robbed her and Jerome with the help of Black Diamond and Dallas and told Kane, who was in the hospital that Louie tried to off him.

Season 6
[]

With the feud in the Family ongoing, Louie and Jerome began hitting more issues, especially with their coke and money stashes snuffed and their accounts frozen. Things got even worse for Louie after she was kidnapped at the equestrian center by Kane's men. She was tortured, beaten, and branded by Kane who even invited Franklin to witness what he captured. Desperate, Louie offered up Teddy to Franklin as her situation was dire. Fearing the worse, she was nearly raped by Percy whom Kane invited. Ultimately she was rescued by a coalition of Family and Bloods led by Franklin, but at the cost of Jerome getting killed. She later buried her husband after being married to him for a short time and she agreed to aid Franklin in baiting Teddy just to finally be free of him. She had no clue that the DEA was surveilling her while they were using Oso as a CI and learned at the last moment that the DEA had a warrant for her arrest. Her home was raided and her men were detained while she bolted and sought help from Buckley in fleeing LA. After learning that Jerome did try to contact to contact him the day she was kidnapped, she stole Buckley's car and stranded him in a park outside LA. Determined to stay under the radar of the DEA, she took a job at a stable in the Pacific Northwest under the alias Carla Huggins. Eventually, Agent Tony Marino learned she was hiding out there and went to search for her, while her employers, who claimed to know her, would protect her at the same time.

Aftermath
[]

After years of being at the bottom of the ladder, Louie went to great lengths just to climb one rung, and upon reaching the top, she wasn't willing to lose that position, even if it meant ignoring Franklin's plea of distress. She soon realized how dangerous it was to be on top of the ladder and what it would cost her. The only reason she had any respect was because she married to an OG, but after Jerome died, so did the respect. When the DEA launched the raid, she lost everything in the process and bolted with nothing. As the series ended, she was now back down on the bottom of that ladder with no family, no husband, while evading the DEA. She, however, managed to find people who would protect her from the law.
