Guillermo "Memo" Mendoza is an enforcer in Los Monarcas.
Biography[]
During a potential deal between the Villanueva's and Stomper, he challenged Gustavo to a fight only to lose. Later in the show he arrives and the warehouse with Stomper and Stranger and when they abused their end of the deal, the transaction ended with El Oso killing Stomper while he and Stranger are shot dead by Soledad.
