Oakland is a city located east of San Francisco, across the San Francisco Bay. During the series, Franklin, Leon, and Kevin arrived there to do a deal with the Murder Dubb Devils MC. This is also the city where Franklin hears of crack converted from cocaine and learns how to cook it.
