As Melody slips her panties back on, Reece begins unfastening his jeans, telling Melody it's now his turn. Melody then asked if there was some more rock in the house and heads off, leaving Reece high and dry. Melody searches around the house and asks Guy if had seen Eva. Unfortunately, Guy tells her that Eva is gone. Melody then asks if there is more rock in the house, but Guy breaks it to her that he is fresh out. Melody then pulls out some money for him. Guy then loads a rock into the crack pipe, exchange the pipe for the cash with Melody, and gives her a lighter. Melody lights up the rock and the effects start to kick in.

Andre
[]

Andre returns home for the night, places his car keys on the hanger, fixes himself a glass of whiskey, and knocks on Melody's door then opens the door to see if she is home, only she is not, realizing she is still out. He then sits on the couch, watching television, and snoozes. He then hears what sounded like Melody in the house and gets off the couch to check it out. He opens her bedroom door and finds her on her bed having sex with Franklin. Melody turns around and tells her father to close the door. Franklin then reveals his stolen service weapon in his fingers and dares Andre to take it. Andre reawakens the next morning. He walks over to Melody's bedroom to find her gone and it's 6:45 in the morning, knowing they were suppose to be heading to Georgia that day. He returns back to the living room to find his car keys gone. Andre exits the house to find his vehicle missing, then runs into the street, almost gets hit by a bicyclist wondering what happened to his car. Later, he is in his home with Nix and Vicks realizing Mel took the car. Andre is furious and considers pulling her college fund over this. Nix calms him down and gives him a drinks. Andre then lets the guys know that he contacted Eva's mother, learning Eva arrived home around 2 am meaning Melody must have returned home, swiped his keys, and went on a joyride in his car. Vicks then asks how the relationship status between the 2 of them are and Nix stops him, suggesting she may have ran away. Andre is shocked to hear that, wondering why she would do that, knowing he was supposed to take her on that road trip to Spelman. Vicks then asks if she is dating anyone and Andre answers no. Vicks then lets Andre know they have an APB on the plate number and they will find her. Andre is still fuming at Mel explaining what he will do to her once they find her. The phone rings and Nix answers it. After the phone conversation, Nix gives the lowdown to Andre asking if he wants the good news or the bad news. Later on they are in an alleyway and discover Andre's car completely dissembled and ditched. He checks out the vehicle and discovers one of Melody's fingernails inside. In the Projects, he asks Shon-Shon for information on Melody, instead, Shon-Shon chastises Andre for the raids he conducted which resulted in her grandmother's door being broken down while spitting out sunflower seeds. Andre then apologized and claimed it was an accident. Shon-Shon doesn't accept that excuse noting how someone stole her grandmother's television after the raid. Andre realizes Shon-Shon is of no help and notes how he understands she doesn't like him but makes it known Melody has nothing to do with any of his work. Shon-Shon then makes it clear to Andre is he really knew her, he wouldn't be looking around the Projects and spits more seeds in his direction. Back home, Andre is shuffling through Melody's room looking for any remnant of where she have gone to but is inches away to giving up. He then discovers the envelope consisting of Melody's college fund noticing it's a little light.

Cissy
[]

Jerome, Louie, and Cissy are at Cissy's dinner table eating and Alton appears with some French toast to serve. They all chow down on the meal and applaud Alton for making the French toast. Franklin then appears at the table talking about finishing the book he rented from Rafiki Books and even stated the ending of the book. Jerome then suggested to Franklin reading a book called 'Pimp'. There's a massive commotion at the dinner table and Andre appears at the front door. The conversation comes to a halt. Before Andre could ask about Melody. Jerome snaps at him and Alton asks what is his business in their home. Andre makes it clear that Melody is missing and is wondering if Franklin knows anything at all about her disappearance. Franklin was of no help and pointed out that if he did exactly what Melody had done, he would want his father to cut him some slack. Andre tells them that Melody pilfered his car and he found it stripped of it's parts. He then pointed out how there were signs of a struggle from a possible car jacking. Andre suggested he was hoping Franklin would have some type of idea of where she may have gone to. Franklin then tells Andre he would ask around. After Andre leaves, Cissy tells Franklin to find Melody.

Franklin
[]

Franklin rides over to Leon's place and informs him of Melody missing and Andre at his mother's doorstep. Leon asked where he might know she could be. Franklin then asks why everyone believes he knows where she might be. Leon points out that Melody is Franklin's girl, but Franklin makes it clear that they aren't dating. They hop in the car and Leon lights up a cigarette. Franklin then snaps at Leon for smoking in his car while heading down the road. They arrive in the Projects and C.J. hops out of a chair, but Leon points out to C.J. that he saw that and told him to stay out of his chair. Franklin approaches Fatback's apartment, knocks on his door, and orders him to open up. Fatback opens up with a chicken wing in his mouth and Franklin asks about Reece and where he is staying at. Fatback is barely providing an answer while acting like a fool. Leon is impatient with Fatback at some point. Franklin then lays it down that Melody never returned home the night prior and learned how she hooked up with Reece but no one has seen her since. Fatback suggested trying his grandmother's place on Western and asked if he needed to roll up on him and give him a message. Franklin holds him back from that and orders Fatback to put the word out that Melody is missing, and should anyone find her, they are to hold her and page Franklin and Leon. Franklin and Leon then spot C.J. staring at them and chastises him for eavesdropping. They demand to know why he is so eager and what he wants. C.J. finally spills the beans about seeing Melody with Wanda that morning. He told them they got into a car together around 7:30 in the morning. Franklin and Leon prepare to head off and now Leon realizes that Melody being with Wanda meant one thing, obtaining some rock. Franklin refused to believe that Melody would go down the crooked path that Wanda went down. Leon gets offended for Wanda, showing he still holds something for her, and Franklin tells him they need to find her. Leon refuses to declare the conversation mute and asks Franklin if he thinks Mel is too good to smoke rock, and Franklin asks the same thing about Eva. Leon reminds him the Eva wouldn't be seen with Wanda and is a churchgoer. Franklin then reminds Leon that Mel and Eve are strongly and tight and Wanda was always weak. As Franklin walks toward his vehicle, Leon stops him and loses it with Franklin, making it known he called Wanda everything but a child of God but knows Wanda isn't weak. He then points out they are making money off the rock because the drug is addictive and once the rock gets ahold of that person, then that person will be gone and a slave to the pipe. Franklin does let Leon know that he knows he and Wanda had a fallout and that she is real to him. Franklin then tells Leon that he knows he was affected by the situation with Wanda and he needs to let it go because she is on the rock. Leon then tells Franklin the same fate will become of Mel is she's with Wanda. Leon then makes it clear that maybe he still holds something for Wanda and that he may know where to find her and walks away. Later, they are at one of Manboy's cook houses and Leon snaps and Bootsy claiming he knows about the 2 bumping uglies and demands to know her location. Bootsy denies screwing her and refuses to even provide an answer for the Family. Manboy screeches the argument and tells Franklin and Leon they certainly have a problem keeping their ladies in line. Franklin then tells Manboy that Melody isn't just some lady, that her father is with the LAPD, and finding her before the police does means having a cop owe them a favor meant that would be good for business. Manboy then orders Bootsy to tell Franklin and Leon how he has been getting ahold of Wanda. Bootsy continues to deny screwing with Wanda. Manboy then accuses Bootsy of lying and claims everyone knows about him and Wanda. Instead, Bootsy just berates Leon about what he's done with Wanda. Leon loses and prepares to draw his gun. Manboy then snaps at Bootsy to his face and demands once more where Wanda is. Bootsy finally makes it known that he has no clue where she is staying, but knows where she gets her rock from, 2 drug dealers named Bo and Lamont. Manboy then let's Franklin and Leon know he can take them to Bo and Lamont. They head off and leave Bootsy in the cook house. Later, as they pulled up to the house, Manboy made it clear to Leon that if he knew he had it for Wanda, he would have kept Bootsy away from her. Leon is not happy to hear about that. Manboy even spoke about how he cut ties with Wanda and knew nothing about what Bootsy did with her afterwards. They exit the vehicle and approach the house. Franklin then asks Manboy how he knew Bo and Lamont, and Manboy tells him he doesn't know them. Franklin then discovers on their front porch a Spelman sweater covered in blood. Franklin then bangs on the screen door with Manboy readying his sidearm. Bo answers the door and demands to know why Franklin is banging on his door like he's the police. Franklin demands to know if he is Bo or Lamont. Bo tells him he won't answer unless he is buying. Franklin then asks Bo if he knew who he was and Lamont appears at the front door. Bo finally realizes who he was and calms down. Franklin then makes it clear they were looking for 2 girls, Mel and Wanda, and they know Wanda gets her rock from them. Manboy describes her for them and Lamont realized who they're talking about. Lamont then pointed out how she was there with another lady, and both him and Bo talk about Melody being so fine. Franklin starts to get irritated and describes Mel to them. They answered yes. Franklin then asked about her bleeding, but Bo tells him she wasn't. When Franklin asked about their location, Lamont then gives Franklin a hard time about it. Franklin, Leon, and Manboy had enough as they barged in and Manboy slams Bo right into his front door, making it clear that they aren't playing games. Leon then draws his gun, places the barrel to Bo's head, and demands to know where they're at. Franklin then asks if they stole any cars that day while finding Melody's purse. Bo tells them they're hustlers and Lamont tells Franklin that he is holding his grandmother's purse. Franklin then orders Leon to shoot Lamont. Leon then turns his attention to Lamont as he slams him into a wall with his gun pointed at him. Franklin then gets a page and calls the number on a phone. After the call, Franklin tells Leon and Manboy that they found Melody in a bad conditions and tells them they need to go.

She points out they aren't far and they head down the road with C.J. noticing. They arrive at the house and Wanda asks her to hand her the $20 so she could get the $40 worth of rock for them. Melody barely trusts Wanda with her money and tells her she only wants to buy some rock before leaving for Spelman that day. She then hands Wanda the 20 dollar bill and Wanda runs to the front door.
