Jerome is banging on his bedroom door and discovers Kevin getting it on with two ladies. Franklin and Leon approach the bedroom to see Jerome going off on Kevin as he starts whacking at him and chasing him through the house while they all laugh.

Lucia
[]

Lucia is in the office watching Gustavo speaking to some rancheros and then pulls out a baggie of crack from her desk. Gustavo enters the office and informs her the two of their runners have quit and decided to return back to Mexico. Lucia is frustrated with the way business is being conducted and states they wouldn't do something like that with Mauricio or Ramiro in charge. Gustavo then pointed out they would have to train new drivers, and Lucia says no driver will stick around unless this business works out for them. Gustavo also states that they can't just go around Stomper. Lucia, of course, shows her distrust for the Los Monarcas.

Teddy
[]

Teddy is back at the office talking with his assistant, Gladys Warren, who he recognized as the 'homeowner' of the house he and Victoria attempted to break in. They discuss one of the deals he is working on. Teddy receives a phone call from James and asks Gladys for some privacy while switching to a secure line. Agent Ballard breaks the news to Teddy that Congress will not approve the funds for the contra war in Central America, which means the only option is for Teddy to fund the fight by distributing cocaine. James also warned that he could not access anything officially, especially him, to carry out the fight against communism. Teddy now knows he needs to fund the fight himself and must operate in the dark. After the phone call ends, Teddy then requests Gladys arranges for a plane to be delivered to the Kansas City area, preferably on the Kansas side. Gladys, of course, asks her supervisor what is in Kansas City.

Franklin
[]

Franklin and Leon are at Avi's house preparing for a drug deal, and Avi dispatches Muir to get what he can get for Franklin and speaks about how he once was just a kid happy to make a few hundred bucks and has grown beyond that. He then invites Franklin to a Shabbat dinner and tells him to get "a nice jacket" now that he has money. Yuda runs out to alert Avi that LAPD has arrived. Police officers quickly surround Avi and his men while Franklin and Leon run into the back of the yard with another cop in pursuit. Though Franklin was able to leap the fence with the merchandise, Leon, on the other hand, has been arrested. Franklin turns around to see his partner placed in handcuffs and then makes a run for it. Franklin is later with Jerome at Day and Knight Bail Bonds, and the bondsman, Tyrone Knight, points out to them Leon was arrested during a raid at the home of a notorious kingpin at informs them Avi is being hit with a hefty gun charge. At the same time, Leon will get a 69PC, in laymen's terms, a felony evasion, and his bail bonds agent, Biscuit, states he's pretty much screwed. Tyrone tells them that since Leon has a criminal record, the bail would be set for $50,000. Jerome suggests that $50,000 is an amount they can easily afford, but Franklin says it's steep and needs to figure out how to get that amount. Outside, Jerome suggests paying the total amount out, seeing how they have the cash. Franklin then informs Jerome he doesn't want the bondsman knowing about his business or how he got the money. As they reached the car, Jerome asked that with Avi in jail, where they would get more coke.

Lucia
[]

Gustavo and Lucia arrive at a junkyard to make a deal with Chumacho and Vuelvas of La Fuerza. Gustavo suggested to Lucia to show him the product when one of the guards appears in front of them. As Lucia reaches in her jacket, the guard reacts and draws a gun on her. Gustavo calms the situation as Lucia pulls out the baggie. The guard checks the baggie and heads to the trailer, then exits with the Elias brothers. They inspect the baggie of crack Lucia brought them, and Lucia tells them that it's cocaine in rock form and how it's spreading throughout South Central LA and making its way to the Barrio. She points out it will be bigger than heroin and has already reached Pico-Union. Lucia also points out that she's already in business with Stomper of the Los Monarcas and states she's bringing this product to them first. Vuelvas hands Lucia a pipe, and Chumacho tells her they want her to test the crack to prove it's good. Lucia hesitates, and La Fuerza turns away, but she wants the deal to go smooth and agrees to smoke the rock. Vuelvas lights the pipe with the crack in it, and Lucia takes a hit, and she nearly passes out.

Teddy
[]

Teddy is in Kansas City outside his family home and sees his brother, Matt, leaving the house, and he follows him. At a bar, Matt is enjoying a game of pool while lecturing his opponent about how to play pool and focus in the game instead of thinking about his girl's tits and continues to berate him about how he's afraid that he won't see her tits should he lose the game. Teddy appears and corrects his brother on the choice of words when talking about the woman's tits. The woman then asks Matt to tell Teddy to quit talking about her tits. Matt goes for another pool shot only to miss. Later at the bar, Teddy fills Matt in on the situation, and Matt is less than interested in helping the CIA. Teddy tells him he needs a pilot for a least a month or two. Matt then points out their father is not doing well, but Teddy states he looked just fine. Matt then chastised him for spying on them and not bothering to see him. Teddy then lays down a chunk of cash to help his father out. Matt, however, states it would have meant a lot for him to come home and see him, but Teddy wasn't interested and implores his brother he has a Cessna Caravan at the hangar in LA and needs someone to fly it. Matt then brings up his time in the Vietnam War and tells his brother that no one had a clue after returning from the fight. Teddy then states that winning this battle in Central America would turn the tides, which can win the war.

Franklin
[]

Franklin, Kevin, and Jerome are outside the police station awaiting Leon's bail. Jerome is, of course, antsy and shows his dislike for being outside a police station. Tyrone then exits the station with Leon and tells Franklin and the guys to make sure he doesn't run off. Leon doesn't appreciate being talked about like that and asks Tyrone, in his own tone, who he thinks he talking to, not showing any appreciation for the bailout. Tyrone then tells the guys they should call him should they post bail again, despite the offense he felt from Leon after pulling him out of jail. The crew then leaves.

Gustavo
[]

Gustavo returns to the packing plant to see Lucia and her Uncle Miguel, a private investigator, talking. Miguel takes off, and Lucia tells Gustavo that Pedro is entirely off the grid, like he doesn't want to be found. Franklin and Jerome then lift the ski masks of the home invaders and discover it was Biscuit and his older brother, Jamal. When the arguing between the two starts when Franklin snaps at his uncle for bringing up the money at the Bail Bonds company. Louie steps between them and points out someone may have heard the shots and called the police. Franklin also suggested getting bars placed on her windows, and Louie agrees as she states the same for the doors. There is a knock at the front door. Franklin looks out the window to see Melody at the front door. He hides his pistol, puts on a jacket to conceal his blood-stained shirt, and then answers the door. He steps outside, and Melody hesitantly tells him about whether or not to stop by wishing him a happy birthday. She then hands him an envelope with a birthday card inside and prepares to leave. Franklin then asks if she wants to stop somewhere for breakfast, but she declines and states she needs to go to school. Lucia tells her the produce came from her family's farms in Mexico and is shipped there and the marijuana they use to supply them with and use their routes that her father and uncle created. Gabriela states her men like the new product hitting the street, but she does not and prefers heroin, which would keep them calm and in her control. Lucia then tells Gabriela that crack will be catching on whether they are in or not and points out should they not be in, it would be a problem for the Mexican community as they will feel powerless. Lucia then tells Gabriela she sees this drug as the future and is willing to risk it all and front all of the product and awaits Gabriela's decision.

Teddy
[]

Teddy and Matt arrive at the office and sees Gladys inside. Matt introduces himself and behaves flirtatiously towards him. Gladys then asks Teddy for a word in private. At night, Teddy meets his police contact, Detective William Han, and learns of the pending charges against Avi Drexler and has several federal agencies fighting for who gets to be the ones to nail him. Teddy even received the files of Avi and Leon Simmons and thanks to him, also referring to him as 'Solo.'

They now are officially out of cocaine and only have enough to sell for a day or two, and now they need to find another supplier since Avi was their only connect. Everyone in the cookhouse is in agreeance, and Franklin tells everyone to get some rest.

Teddy
[]

Teddy is back at the office overlooking the police files of Avi Drexler and Leon Simmons and asks his brother not to touch or open anything. Matt then asks what would happen if Avi ratted on him, and Teddy then stated he would only be ratting on a guy named Reed Thompson. Matt then realized he was using an alias during his business to fund the fight against communism. Teddy also states Matt should be calling him Reed during his transactions. Louie also suggests that maybe she wants to get her hands on the club, seeing how Franklin has failed to acquire it for her. Franklin assures her on the spot; he will handle it and get it done.

The packing plant is closed, and Lucia and Gustavo are in the office. Gustavo informs Lucia he's going to take a piss and exits the office.
