He continued his story and told them he started dating that very waitress. He even told them about how she helped make him a new man. Lucia and Oso refused to buy that story and asked why he was really there. Pedro then states he came to collect his inheritance. Franklin is still a hostage as he continues looking around in the boiler room and hears Leon awakening. Franklin calls out to Leon who finds himself in the same predicament as Franklin and states he pissed himself. Franklin asked him how he got caught and if he got a good look at their captor. Leon was too dazed to remember much and the boys hear someone whistling and coming. Franklin and Leon are wondering how many of them there are. Teddy enters and Leon begins threatening his captor. Franklin continues to look for a way out as Teddy exits and brings in a cattle prod. Leon demands to know what Teddy was planning to do with that only to be zapped with the object. Franklin then screams at Teddy to stop. Teddy then approaches Franklin, places the cattle prod on his shoulder, and demands answers about the bust at Avi's place. Franklin's quickly answers about how they showed up to buy some product and then the cops show up and they ran for it. Teddy then pointed out that only Franklin got away while Leon got locked up. Teddy then stated that in 24 hours Leon was freed and demands to know how. Leon then accuses Teddy of calling him a snitch. Teddy tells Leon to be silent and continues interrogating Franklin about what happened during the bust while waving the cattle prod in his face. Franklin constantly suggested checking the courts and tells Teddy that Leon was hit with a felony evasion charge. Franklin also pointed out that he posted Leon's bail and states he's already lawyered up with a court date. Teddy then tells Franklin he will check on it and as he heads to the exit, Leon attempts to kick him. Teddy then dares him to do that once more time while waving the cattle prod in his face and calls him the stupidest person he has ever met as he walks out of the boiler room and locks the door.

Teddy
[]

Teddy heads into another room where Gladys is awaiting him. She is turning a switch on and off, which is making the light in the boiler-room flicker annoyingly. Teddy sits down at his desk and places on headphones while listening to the conversation between Franklin and Leon. He even hears them talk about how they need to get out of that place and have no intention of dying in there.

Jerome

Kevin then asks Jerome and Peaches where he went to and Jerome tells him he thought Franklin was already heading with him to Oakland. Now the guys realize Franklin is missing. Lucia then hands Delroy her business card and suggests they should contact their boss so they can help each other out. She then drives off.

Teddy continues to hear the conversation between Franklin and Leon, who are getting frustrated wondering where Teddy is. Teddy then turns off the speaker and heads back to the boiler room. He then states to Franklin they were telling the truth about Leon being arrested and is out on bail. Leon then further demands that Teddy needs to let them go. Teddy then exits the room and enters with his sidearm in hands. They freak out after seeing Teddy with his weapon and proclaimed they told him the truth. Teddy also points out they both seen his face. Franklin states he can't even see his face and states he won't say nothing about happened there. Franklin then plays another card stating he has a ton of cash. Teddy then states it's not cash he's after, and Franklin asks what it is he wants. Teddy then walks over to Leon, placed the barrel of his gun under his chin, and pressured Franklin into answering who he was. Franklin then called him the connect. Teddy then returned back to Franklin and showed him a photo of Rob staking out Avi's place. Teddy called it a bold yet stupid move to cut Avi out. Teddy didn't take Franklin serious and Franklin tells him he could move ten a week. Teddy asks how Franklin plans to move ten kilos in a week. Gustavo tells Los Monarcas that two mayates were selling the drugs at Pico-Union, which is Stomper's territory. Lucia then asks if Gabriella told them they are done paying the tax and Stomper tells them the tax stays in place unless people want to know that is was his crew that offed members of her Cartel and demands them to leave while pulling Conejo aside now that he knows outsiders were dealing on his turf under his nose.

Teddy agrees to work with Franklin but on the condition that he buys 10 keys from him every week, no bs, no excuses, and no turning him away, and reminds Franklin 'Not to fuck with him'. Franklin agrees and Leon complains about how he needs to take a piss. Teddy then pulls out his switchblade to cut his binds. Leon finishes using the toilet and Teddy cuts Franklins binds. He then throws Franklin and Leon a black bag and orders them to cover their faces. Franklin, without Teddy aware, grabs the screwdriver he attempted to reach for earlier and then asked Teddy for his name. Teddy, of course, gives Franklin and Leon the alias 'Reed Thompson'. He then informs Franklin that he will be the one contacting him. Franklin then asks where he gets his kilos from, but refuses to answer, prompting Franklin to show he can be a thorn in Teddy's side. Franklin and Leon then place the bags on their head and walk through the exit.

Louie

Jerome then starts arguing with them, especially with Louie, claiming she would have a clue where Franklin went to if she wasn't gone on a nightly basis. Kevin tries to cool the tension in the room as Delroy and Victor emerge at their front doorstep. They show Jerome and Louie Lucia's calling card and told them she could make them rich since she cleaned them out in Pico-Union. Jerome flips out upon learning where they were selling and demanded what they were doing selling in Mexican territory. Delroy justified they were making cash and no one was selling over there. Jerome flips out at the two and makes it clear they don't sell the rock in Mexican territory and snaps hard at them. Kevin then stands between Jerome and attempts to defend his cousin. Jerome then orders the two out of his home and loses it with Louise as he heads to another room. As they both argue, Wanda sees Leon emerge and hugs him up. He then offers Franklin a chance to take the wheel and have a test drive and Franklin is enjoying the experience of flying a plane. Later that night, Teddy drops off Franklin at his Aunt and Uncle's place and states if they are going to work together, they are to be straight with each other, no nonsense at all, but warns Teddy if he ever causes him any problems or threatens those he loves, it would not end well. Franklin then tosses the screwdriver he recovered from the boiler room into the passenger seat of Teddy's car and heads in through the side door.
