He made it known that the last time he seen her, it was after midnight and he let Louie in the house and left.

Jerome
[]

Jerome is at the house checking on Louie, who is not in the mood to get out of bed, proclaiming she needs her rest and asks Jerome to leave so she can sleep. Jerome adheres to her requests and tells her he will see her later.

Andre
[]

Outside Jerome's place, Andre is with Vicks and his partner as they are staking out their house. They wait until Jerome is gone before heading over to their home. They knock on the door and Vicks announces himself as LAPD. Louie answers and sees Andre, not expecting him whatsoever.

Franklin
[]

Franklin and Leon are parked in an alleyway. Leon assures Franklin that he and Fatback were able to carry out the hit on Tyrell without any blowback. Franklin then alerts him that Andre made it a personal mission to tear down his organization brick by brick and everyone must play it smart. Manboy then pulls up in front of them and they meet. Manboy pulls out a brown baggie full of cash to hand to Leon. As Leon checks the baggie, he goes to the car to collect the rocks and Franklin asks what Manboys plan is. Manboy makes it clear he's going to sell the rocks and later on buy more from the Family. Franklin then asks if Manboy plans to expand and Manboy makes it clear his boys will steer clear of their territory. Franklin then brings up their school days and how their food fight turned into a riot and how someone knocked out the lunch lady with a tray. Manboy claimed he made a run for it, but Franklin then reminded Manboy that they stayed out of the mess. They then conclude their drug deal as Leon drops the bag of rocks in front of Manboy. As they returned to their vehicles, Leon asked if Manboy really ran from that fight, but Franklin told Leon that Manboy was the one who knocked out the lunch lady.

Andre
[]

At the precinct, Louie is inside the interrogation room banging on the one-way glass demanding a lawyer. Andre is then informing Stern and Avilés that they have Louie at the scene of the crime and how she lied about the timeline. Avilés then reminds Andre that placing an OD on the board as a murder would be very costly for the force and advises him to give it a rest until the ME report arrived. Andre then reminded the detectives that this was the aunt of Franklin Saint, same person who got away with killing Kevin Hamilton. Andre then suggested that they have her for the next 24 hours and he could sweat her out and get some leverage going. The detectives agree.

Franklin
[]

Franklin arrives at Cissy's home and apologizes for being late, then asks if there was a counter offer. Cissy then informed her son that there was another buyer bidding for $50,000. Cissy then offers to move funds from the Jersey account just to counter offer. Franklin disagrees, stating he wants to keep all real estate holdings clear of any of the cash Teddy knows of and suggests moving cash to an escrow account just to be on the safe side. Franklin then gets a page from Avi and heads to the phone to call him. Yuda picks up and informs Franklin that his boss is at the house, giving him the green light to go up there. Franklin tells Yuda he'll be there. He tells his mother he will think on the counter offer and that he needs to take off.

Louie
[]

Louie is still being held at the precinct. In the interrogation room, Andre lays it down that a witness placed her at the scene of Claudia's death and knows about the fight at the club that put Claudia in the ER. He then calls it a motive for murder. Andre then tells Louie to tell him what really happened and he may be able to help her. Louise then laughs in his face. Andre then noted the window in that bathroom didn't have the shades down and it faces another building. He then makes it clear that cooperation at this point is a factor, but after filing key witnesses and acquiring ironclad evidence, that window of opportunity will close. Louie however continues to remain silent.

Franklin
[]

Franklin and Leon are at Avi's place and follow Yuda to his boss, who is behind his outdoor bar. Franklin then asks for advice on fixing issues involving cash flow, since he has no idea what to do with his money. Franklin then reminded of how he spoke of off-shore banking and asks for help on that. Avi then asks Franklin how much money they were talking about while Yuda was showing Leon his SMG. Avi suggests he talks with his contacts while Franklin checks out Avi's gold plated pistol. Franklin notices something out of the mist with Avi and asks if there was anything wrong. Avi stated some advice to Franklin, that the older he gets, the more mistakes he will make and to never get greedy, for that's how his weakness is revealed and his advantage is gone. Avi then orders Yuda to escort Franklin and Leon to the exit but also asks him to give Leon an Uzi with some mags. Yuda then hands Leon an Uzi, which put a smile on Leon's face. As Avi sends them off, he gives a parting advice for Franklin to keep his advantage.

Gustavo
[]

Gustavo and Teddy arrive at the Villanueva Ranch in Sinaloa. Apparently, no one is there to greet them and they walk through a corridor toward a courtyard, only to be greeted with a gun pointed at them by Mariela, demanding to know who they are, and what they are doing at her home. El Oso explains he worked with her daughter, Lucia. Mariela didn't believe a work Gustavo said and accuses them of being the guys that have been stealing from her ranch. Gustavo states their job is to move the merchandise and introduces her to Teddy. Mariela still has her gun raised and demands to know where her daughter is. Gustavo is without an answer, now that he knows Lucia is not at the ranch. Teddy then offered Mariela a proposition. Inside the house, Mariela brings both men some drinks and Teddy gets down to business, stating that the Colombians will bring in the merchandise and they will pack it as well as using the Villanueva trucks and routes. He then tells Mariela that all she does is make money. Mariela then realized since it's the Colombians bringing it in, it would be cocaine they move. Instead of giving Teddy and Oso an answer right away, she tells the guys she has an appointment to make and requests Oso to return at a later time, but not to bring Teddy, since she is not impressed with him. Teddy smirks and the guys leave.

Louie
[]

Louie is still locked in the interrogation room and she has a dire urge to pee. She bangs the one-way glass and demands to know if anyone is out there since she has an urgency to rush to the restroom. She begins crossing her legs and even approaches the waist basket in a corner considering the idea of relieving herself there. Instead, she grabs the waste basket and takes it toward the one-way glass in clear view. Louie then screams out the window thinking someone is watching as she lifts up her skirt, drops her panties, and squats over to piss in the waste basket.

Jerome
[]

Jerome returns home later that night and calls for Louie, telling her he has some food for her. He then checks around the house, especially in the bedroom and discovers she is not home.

Leon
[]

Back in the Projects, Leon is testing out his new Uzi on a street light with Fatback and Rob bearing witness. Then they run down a sidewalk to shoot another street light. C.J. then approaches the guys and Fatback tells him once more to scram. C.J. is offering a chance to prove himself to them a soldier. Fatback mocks him as a toy soldier. C.J. then talks down Fatback, calling him 'Fatboy' and daring him to keep talking to him like that. Fatback then goes at C.J., who keeps ducking and dodging Fatback, causing him to lose his breath. Leon halts them and tell C.J. they don't bring punks into there crew, and states that whatever they tell him to do, he must do it, no questions asked. C.J. adheres and Leon sends him on his way. Leon then tells the guys that C.J. has some heart. Rob then points out another light to shoot up and Leon agrees for more fun.

Andre
[]

Andre returns to the interrogation room and brings Louie a cup of water, apologizing for the length of time he took. Louie then gulps down the water. He then told her he spoke to more of Claudia's people and learned of her tricking out young girls and using them. He then suggested Claudia probably used her as well. Louie gets emotional as Andre gets into her head noting what Claudia has done to her. Though he isn't wrong about Claudia's actions, he is attempting to draw out a potential confession from Louie. Detective Stern then walks in pulls Andre out of the interrogation room. The detective then informs Andre that her lawyer arrived and time is up. They see that the lawyer is dealing with an issue at the front and Stern gives Andre a 2 minute grace period. Andre reenters the interrogation room at lays it down for Louie, dropping Santos's name and stating her prints were all over Claudia's house, especially the syringe she used to OD on. He then noted how she almost killed Claudia in that fight. He also claims an elderly woman by the name, Mrs. Norman, claims Louie submerged Claudia's head in the tub while Stern walks in. Louie laughs once more and calls Andre a liar, telling him to bring her here, and demanding her lawyer once more. Louie is finally out of the interrogation room being escorted out by Detective Avilés and Lt. Todd chews out Stern for letting Andre play detective. Stern states Andre was just handling things while he and Avilés were in the courtroom. Louie is then greeted by her family. The Lieutenant then asked Andre is he got anything, but stated he did not and attempt to defend his actions. Lt. Todd then reminded the guys that are already dealing with the Summer Olympics coming to LA and wants everyone on their A Game. Todd then makes it clear that the next time they plan to interrogate someone or let a Sergeant play detective, it should be cleared with him. Andre and the detectives comply. Andre then stares out the window seeing Jerome hugging Louie and then he and Franklin locks, knowing war is coming.

Gustavo
[]

Gustavo returns to the ranch later and knocks on the door. Mariela notices Oso alone and asked about Teddy. Gustavo states he went back home on a plane. He noted to her how he had nothing before he met Lucia and Teddy. He then discovers an old photo of Lucia with her older sister, Rosa, according to Mariela. Oso then noted how it was taken before Lucia's sister died. Mariela realized he fell for Lucia and asked what happened. He stated she was taking care of him when he was dying from the wounds Conejo inflicted on him. Gustavo then noted that after he recovered, Lucia was gone. Mariela then offered Gustavo some wine which he declined. Mariela then got down to basics and asked how many kilos they will be smuggling in a week. Gustavo says 200. Mariela then tells Gustavo she wants 70% if he is gonna use her land, her people, and her routes. Gustavo then tells Mariela that the difficult part will be in the United States. Mariela then makes it clear that 70% will be for the first 2 weeks, then it will drop to 50%, noting that as her final offer. Gustavo agrees and Mariela points him to the phone while offering him a place to sleep.

She then pleads to Tony to be careful not to beat the bushes, otherwise Vasco would set his sights on her. Tony then calls her crazy for wanting to stay in. Lorena then tells Tony they think she dirty and points out how Rigo reports everything back to the Matta-Ballesteros. Tony then asks why Lorena would tell him any of this if she wants him to do nothing. Lorena is then telling him to look for the mole, but to be discreet, contact those who are undercover and give them a warning, she also states how Teddy plans on rerouting the coke through Villanueva Ranch, giving her the chance to finally bring down the Villanueva's. She then takes off.

Melody then tells Franklin she can't go. Franklin then pulls out a gift and offers it for Melody. Andre then takes it and states Melody doesn't want it. Franklin then tells them he'll see them around and pats Andre on the shoulder as he walks away. Teddy then stated how he took Matt back to Kansas after what he went through. Julia then informs her ex-husband how the Sandinistas found a way to track their movement in and out of Honduras and they need to find another way. Julia then suggested using an airstrip in Costa Rica. She tells Teddy that the Costa Rican Government cannot know about their activity, but will be able to acquire help from a former CIA operative. Julia, however, warns Teddy of this contact being a little off the grid. Teddy agrees with the plans and then learns Julia will be helping out with the op, seeing how she was placed in the middle of his mess, especially after he threatened to blow the whistle. Julia then brings up how the FSLN are getting the upper hand and a journalist was killed in the La Penca bombing. They then decide to go over the map together.

Manboy is wondering why the change up all of a sudden and that there is no need for them to do all of the hard work themselves as he opens the trunk of his car, revealing the kilos. Manboy agrees as he collects the bricks, shakes on it, and leaves. Leon then tells Franklin how it doesn't make sense that they should trust Manboy. Franklin states it makes perfect sense since they are getting hit. He makes it clear that the cops have their eyes on them and their dealers are getting sloppy. Franklin holds a meeting that night stating the more street business they have, the higher the problem, and states their advantage will be to sell pure products at basement prices. He then makes it known that from point on they will be accepting dealers who can buy kilos, find out who they are, let Leon and Peaches check them out, and leave the decision making to Louise.
